History of desire Resorts
Desire Rivera Maya, the resort’s former name, had previously been taken over by any other resort, but as development touched
this part of the coast (with a new resort a little further from the beach), the sexual adventure had to be reduced by
security. the guards ask you to have sex in your rooms or upstairs in the jacuzzi. While the vibe at this upscale all-
inclusive resort is downright sensual and geared towards nudist couples – with activities like Sensual Touch, Naughty Noodles
and guided sensual games – open-minded travelers looking for experiences are also catered for. Riviera Maya with volleyball
tournaments and yoga classes. Described as “a chic and upscale couples-only, dress-optional” resort, Desire is a secluded,
adults-only resort with 114 rooms, a bit off the beaten track. Clothing is optional, as opposed to being nude means swimwear
can be seen, but most couples staying at Desire were nude or topless all day.
